Proverbs 27:7 talks about people who are empty and people who are full. When our emotional and spiritual tanks are empty, there are some things that we reach for that we think are good fuel, but actually add to bitterness.
"Those who are full loathe honey from the comb, but to those who are empty, even the bitter tastes sweet."
